Q. If I come by your store in Reykjavik and buy something, can you ship it to my home?
A: Yes, if you just pay for the shipping fee we can send all your products to your home.
Q. How do I order from your online store?
A. 1. Choose the items you want to purchase with "Add to Cart" button.
2. Go to the cart logo in your upper bar. Then press "Checkout". (First time users need to register). Final cost and shipping cost can be seen in the checkout process before completing the order.
Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. YES, we provide World Wide Shipping. During checkout you choose either to pay with your credit card or via PayPal and your bank or PayPal will automatically convert your money to USD ($) when paying us. Final shipping cost can be seen in the checkout process before confirming the order.
Q. What payment options do I have?
A. Payment with credit card or with PayPal are the most common. In the checkout process you choose your payment method and after confirming your order you will be transferred to a secure site of your choice to finish payment.

Q. Is there a tracking number for my order?
A. Tracking Number will be send via Email.
Q. Is it possible to order and pay by telephone?
A. No, sorry, we can not accept credit card information by telephone. In case you want to order with us, the only method to do that is in our online store.
The Icelandic Wool:
Q. What is so special about the Icelandic Wool?
A. The characteristics of the Icelandic wool is unique in its composition and consists of two types of fibres;
*INNER FIBRES - INSULATING: Fine, soft, highly insulating. The micron count of the inner fibers is 26-28.
*OUTER FIBRES - WATER-REPELLENT: Long, glossy, water-repellent. The micron count of the outer fibers is 36+.
Together, these two distinctive fibres create a wool that is lightweight - lighter than most other wools and keeps you warm and comfortable. Water-repellent - repels rain and stays feeling dry. Breathable - moisture passes through the fibres away from the skin, keeping you dry and comfortable.
Garments made from Icelandic wool are highly breathable, very warm and comfortable.
Q. How do you recommend washing the wool?
A. Handwash only in lukewarm water (30°C / 86°F). Soak the garment in the suds for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly in lukewarm water. Do not rub or wring about but gently squeeze the liquid through the garment. If necessary, spin for about 1-3 minutes to remove excess moisture. Dry flat, smooth the garment out and pull gently into shape.
Do not pre-soak the garment in the suds. Wash the garment by squeezing the suds through the knitwear, then rinse thoroughly in lukewarm water.
Note: It is often enough to air a wollen garment thoroughly, rather than washing it.

Icelandic Wool Sweater - How to find your size | Measuring for an Icelandic Lopapeysa
So you are thinking of buying an Icelandic Sweater? Our sweaters are meant to last a lifetime and they are made with love and care. They are not exactly cheap either so it pays off to spend a little time finding your correct size. I you find any of the measuring confusing don‘t hesitate to drop us a line.
Now there are three important things to consider: (A) Width, (B) lenght and (C) length of arms.
(A) Is the WIDTH of the sweater measured just below the armpits. There are typically two failproof methods of measuring this. One way, which we recommend is to find a sweater you already own and fits you like a charm. Lay it flat and measure it for A,B and C. Don‘t pull on it in any direction. Another way would be to measure your own body. Put a measuring tape around your chest and under your armpits. Don‘t pull on the measuring tape. Since you need to have your hands down by your side you should consider getting some assistance. This method gives you the circumference so divide the number by two and you have your width.
(B) Lenght to neck. Generally measured from the collarbone to the waistline. If you are measuring a sweater you already own just measure from the top to bottom.
(C) Lenght of the sleeves. Measured from the armpit to the wrist. Same goes for a sweater you would measure. Armpit to end of sleeve.
